Good morning Star Children. What a beautiful day to heal the world. As I was meditating and sending out healing energy of light and love, I was enveloped in a feeling of joy and contentment. It was such a beautiful feeling. I highly recommend!

Remember, no matter how real the world around us seems, it is a glamour and a shade. A simulation broadcast before our physical, human eyes. One of our tasks, and a foundational skill in carrying out our mission here, is to believe that. Believe that our reality is being cloaked by this facsimile of truth, this enchantment.

This means at least two things: 1. We need not respond to earthly things as though they are real and must affect us as we have been conditioned to think. And, 2. Three-dimensional circumstances are avatars of spiritual realities. We must dig below the surface and attempt to understand the transcendent lesson in the situation unfolding. The outside world reflects our internal reality, so it is important to keep a spiritual, philosophical, and positive outlook.

Use whatever means you can to trigger a higher perspective and consciousness. Go through your affirmations, count your blessings (someone, somewhere is worse off than you), remember love for all and gratitude for everything. Remember, you create your reality. So notice what you are feeling in your physical state. What does it convey about your spiritual state? Feeling hot? Is it just the ambient temperature, or is there a build up of energy (a block) in one of your chakras? Are you thirsty or hungry, or angry? What void has developed in your ethereal body? Take a moment to visualize replenishing and filling that emptiness with light and love. Drink water and envision it hydrating and healing every cell in your body.

There is a faucet at my job that randomly turns on with no one in front of it. Whenever I hear it, it signals me to tap into healing goddess mode and take a moment. I let that water run over my hands, breath, pat my face with it and accept the call to commune with the universe and spirit, my true home and family. I receive the cleansing and annointing of my spirit and feel refreshed. The goal is to always exist in that state.

I am a mighty oak, my roots sink down and the earth is established upon them; my branches reach to the stars.

I am the rushing wind and the gentle breeze

I am the racing river and the calm depths of a serene moon-lit lake.

I am the sea filled with life and abundance.

I am the fire that cleanses and ever rises.

I am the Sun, my star.

I am the stars and the dust of the cosmos, the birthplace of stars.

I am the moon, mystery and secret knowledge. I know how the mighty oak grows.
